Everything about the domain can be configured using the site, from the email configuration (POP3 accounts, aliases etc) to the DNS hostnames data. Registrations and renewals are for two years and cost £10. Compared to other sites which claim to do much the same thing - you are
not tied in at all. You can leave at any time and transfer your domain
name elsewhere. There is no 'transfer fee' but you should be aware that
all payments for registrations and renewals are not refundable. How do I transfer my existing domain name to MyCheapDomainsYou need to contact the existing Nominet Tag holder responsible for your domain name. If you don't know who this is, enter your domain name into the Domain Checker on the home page of this site. The output will show the tag and usually a URL, enabling you to contact the appropriate people. You need to get them to release the domain name to our Nominet tag which
is FORDSYS. Be aware that some companies, unlike MyCheapDomains,
will charge you for releasing a domain name. How do I transfer my domain away from MyCheapDomains?If you decide that you would rather use a different company to manage your domain names then you are completely free to do so. All you have to do email transfers@mycheapdomains.co.uk giving details, including the Nominet tag you wish to transfer your domain to. It is your responsibility to ensure that the new tag holder is aware of the transfer and has given you permission. If you think we could improve our service in any way, please let us know.

domain names. Can I register or renew a domain name for a period longer than two years?No. MyCheapDomains will only allow renewals and registrations for two
years as this is the time period set by Nominet UK. Registration periods
longer or shorter than two years are not currently allowed. Why don't I have the option of renewing my domain name?Be patient! Domains can only be renewed when they are due to expire in
less than 180 days. We will automatically send you an email when your
